What’s the difference between Blinq Essentials and Blinq Custom?
Essentials are ready made with Blinq design, in a range of colors and finishes. Nothing to design or approve, so pick a color and it ships in 1–2 business days. Because they’re stock items, unused Essentials can be returned within 14 days.
Custom cards carry your artwork: your logo, your colors, your name. Classic is UV printed in full color; Metal and Eco are laser engraved. Each is made to order after we’ve reviewed your design, which takes 24–48 hours before it ships. Since each card is printed for one person, Custom cards are final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Both tiers tap the same way, work with the same phones, and link to the same Blinq profile, so either one updates itself whenever your details change.
What size is a Blinq NFC business card?
Blinq NFC card follows the ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 international standard, which is the same size as a standard credit card. The physical dimensions are 85.6mm x 53.98mm (3.38 inches x 2.13 inches), with a thickness of 0.76mm and rounded corners with a 3.18mm radius. It fits comfortably in any standard wallet, cardholder, or badge sleeves.
Do you offer bulk discount?
When you order Custom NFC Cards in bulk, a discount is automatically applied at checkout based on the total quantity in your cart. No discount code needed. Please note that discounted products are not qualified for returns.

How long does shipping take?
Essentials ship in 1–2 business days.
Standard US delivery is 5–10 business days after that, expedited 2–3.
International orders usually arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on destination and local customs. Estimates aren’t guaranteed, since carriers have bad weeks.
Where do you ship from?
All Blinq Custom NFC Business Cards are printed and shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries worldwide.
International orders ship duty unpaid, so any customs duties or taxes are payable by you on delivery. Your country sets those, not us, and they sit outside the $19.99 shipping charge.
If a parcel is refused or can’t be delivered, return shipping and any duties incurred are the customer’s responsibility.
What is the fulfillment time before my order ships?
Once your order and design are confirmed, our team typically processes, prints, and encodes your card before handing it off to the shipping carrier within 2 business days. Custom cards go through a quality review process. Essential cards ship the fastest since they use a pre-set Blinq design.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link, so keep that email.
We don’t have a tracking page on our site, but support@blinq.me can look it up for you.
Is free shipping available?
Shipping costs and promotional free shipping thresholds may vary. Check the current shipping options at checkout for the most up to date information on rates and any active promotions.
Free shipping is available for all US orders over $30.
What should I do if I have not received my order?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window (10 business days for USA, 20 business days for international), please check your tracking information first. If the tracking shows no updates or the package appears lost, contact our support team at support@blinq.me and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
What is the return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of Custom NFC cards, we handle returns on a case by case basis. If your card arrives damaged or defective, contact our support team and we will arrange a replacement. Please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.
For Essential NFC accessories, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, if it’s unused and in its original packaging with all accessories. You cover return shipping on change-of-mind returns; we cover it if we sent something faulty, damaged, or wrong.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting it. There’s no restocking fee, and original shipping charges aren’t refunded.
Email support@blinq.me with your order number to start a return, and please don’t ship anything back until we’ve replied. Unauthorized returns can incur disposal fees at our fulfillment center.
Three exceptions are final sale: promotional and sale items, Custom cards, and any discounted order. That includes bulk orders, where the discount applies automatically at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 30 minutes of placing it, so email support@blinq.me straight away.
After that it’s usually in fulfilment and we may not be able to stop it. If the address was wrong at checkout, reshipping may cost extra.
Something arrived damaged, or hasn’t arrived at all
Email support@blinq.me within 30 days of the ship date. For damage, send photos of both the item and the packaging, since we need them for the claim and it’s much faster than a back-and-forth.
We’ll replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping.
