Tap with iPhone 11 or later, or an NFC-enabled Android phone. Hold your card near the phone’s NFC reader. The QR code on the back offers another way to open your profile.
You use the Blinq app to set up and update your profile. The person you meet can open it in a browser without installing an app.

Can I put my logo on it?
Not on this one. Blinq Metal comes with the Blinq design. For your own logo engraved into metal, choose Blinq Custom Metal, available in matte black, silver and gold.
How is the design applied?
Blinq design is engraved on the metal card designs.
Does the metal block the tap?
No. The NFC chip is built to work in a metal card, so it taps just like a plastic one.
What size is it?
Credit-card size, 85.6 × 53.98 mm, so it fits any wallet or cardholder.
Is it waterproof?
It's water resistant. Rain and spills are fine, but it isn't made to be submerged.
What's the difference between Essentials and Custom?
Essentials come ready to go in the Blinq design. Pick a color and it ships in 1–2 business days, and unused, full-price Essentials can be returned within 14 days. Custom cards carry your own logo and artwork. We make each one to order after reviewing your design, so they're final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Both work the same way and link to the same Blinq profile.
Does the person I'm sharing with need the Blinq app?
No. When you tap or they scan, your profile opens in their phone's browser. The person you're sharing with doesn't need the app or an account, and they can choose to save you as a contact straight away.
Which phones does it work with?
iPhone 11 or later, and Android phones with NFC turned on. Hold your NFC Business Card near their phone's NFC reader, which sits at the top on iPhone and usually in the middle of the back on Android.
What if their phone doesn't tap?
Every Blinq Essential also has a printed QR code. They scan it with their camera and your profile opens the same way.
How do I set it up?
Tap it on your own phone, or scan its QR code, and follow the prompt to link it to your Blinq Digital Business Card profile.
Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. It's a one-time purchase, and it comes with two free Blinq profiles. Paid Blinq plans add extra features, but you don't need one to share your details.
What happens when my details change?
Update your profile in the Blinq app. The next person who taps or scans sees your new details, so you never need to replace your Blinq NFC Business Card.
Can I order for my team? Is there a bulk discount?
Yes. Just choose your quantity before you check out. Bulk discounts apply to Custom cards, from 10% off at 20 cards up to 25% off at 200 or more. If you want your company logo on your team's cards, take a look at Custom.
When will my order arrive?
Essentials ship within 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery then takes 5–10 business days, or 2–3 with expedited shipping. International orders usually arrive in 10–20 business days. These are estimates, since carrier delays do happen.
How much is shipping?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries worldwide. International orders ship duty unpaid, so any customs duties or taxes are set by your country and paid by you on delivery. They're separate from the $19.99 shipping charge. If a parcel is refused or can't be delivered, return shipping and any duties are the customer's responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link, so hang on to it. If you can't find it, email support@blinq.me and we'll look it up.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unused, bought at full price, and in its original packaging with everything it came with. Email support@blinq.me with your order number to start. Please wait for our reply before you send anything back, because returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
We'll offer an exchange or replacement first, or a refund if you'd prefer. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item. You cover return shipping on change-of-mind returns, and original shipping charges aren't refunded. Discounted and sale orders are final sale.
Can I swap it for a different color?
Yes, if it's unused and within 14 days of delivery. Email support@blinq.me with your order number and the color you'd like, and we'll take it from there.
My order arrived damaged, or it hasn't arrived.
Email support@blinq.me within 30 days of the ship date. If something's damaged, include photos of the item and the packaging. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any return shipping.
