Your card is laser-engraved from vector paths, so the artwork has to be made of flat, solid shapes.
- SVG only. PNG, JPG, PDF and AI can't be used.
- One color only. If your logo has a colored panel behind a white mark, use your mono or one-color version instead.
- Text converted to outlines. Live text won't engrave correctly.
- No photos or images inside the SVG.
- No gradients. Engraving is a single tone.
- No shadows, glows or blur.
- No partial transparency. Solid shapes only.
- Bold marks work best. Very fine hairlines can fill in.

What’s the difference between Blinq Essentials and Blinq Custom?
Essentials are ready made with Blinq design, in a range of colors and finishes. Nothing to design or approve, so pick a color and it ships in 1–2 business days. Because they’re stock items, unused Essentials can be returned within 14 days.
Custom cards carry your artwork: your logo, your colors, your name. Classic is UV printed in full color; Metal and Eco are laser engraved. Each is made to order after we’ve reviewed your design, which takes 24–48 hours before it ships. Since each card is printed for one person, Custom cards are final sale unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Both tiers tap the same way, work with the same phones, and link to the same Blinq profile, so either one updates itself whenever your details change.
Do you offer bulk discount?
When you order Custom NFC Cards in bulk, a discount is automatically applied at checkout based on the total quantity in your cart. No discount code needed.

How is my design applied?
Laser engraved into the timber, with no ink, so the burn gives a single warm tone against the grain rather than full color.
For full color, choose Blinq Custom Classic.
Which wood will I get?
Two options: a lighter Cherry and a deeper Shabili. Wood is natural, so the grain runs differently through every card and yours won’t match the photo exactly. That’s the appeal.
Will my logo look the same on light and dark wood?
Close, not identical. Engraving darkens the timber, so contrast is stronger on light wood, where fine detail and thin lines hold up better. Bold marks look striking on dark.
How long does shipping take?
Once your design has been reviewed and approved, we send it to print. Shipping timelines are as follows: USA orders take 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Please note these are business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.
How long will my custom order take?
We review and approve your artwork before printing. Production takes 24–48 hours, and delivery is 5–10 business days in the US or 10–20 internationally, end to end.
Expedited shipping at checkout cuts the transit leg to 2–3 business days, but doesn’t skip production. Estimates aren’t guaranteed, since carriers have bad weeks.
Where do you ship from?
All Blinq Custom NFC Business Cards are printed and shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries worldwide. International orders ship duty unpaid, so any customs duties or taxes are payable by you on delivery. Your country sets those, not us, and they sit outside the $19.99 shipping charge.
If a parcel is refused or can’t be delivered, return shipping and any duties incurred are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link, so keep that email. We don’t have a tracking page on our site, but support@blinq.me can look it up for you.
Is free shipping available?
Shipping costs and promotional free shipping thresholds may vary. Check the current shipping options at checkout for the most up to date information on rates and any active promotions.
Free shipping is available for all US orders over $60.
What is the fulfillment time before my order ships?
Once your order and design are confirmed, our team typically processes, prints, and encodes your card before handing it off to the shipping carrier within 2 business days. Custom cards go through a quality review process. Essential cards ship the fastest since they use a pre-set Blinq design.
What should I do if I have not received my order?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window (10 business days for USA, 20 business days for international), please check your tracking information first. If the tracking shows no updates or the package appears lost, contact our support team at support@blinq.me and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
What is the return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of NFC cards (each card is encoded specifically for your profile), we handle returns on a case by case basis. If your card arrives damaged or defective, contact our support team and we will arrange a replacement. Please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.
Something arrived damaged, or hasn’t arrived at all
Email support@blinq.me within 30 days of the ship date. For damage, send photos of both the item and the packaging, since we need them for the claim and it’s much faster than a back and forth.
We’ll replace it or refund you in full, including return shipping.
