A Blinq NFC card follows the ISO/IEC 7810 ID-1 international standard, which is the same size as a standard credit card. The physical dimensions are 85.6mm x 53.98mm (3.375 inches x 2.125 inches), with a thickness of 0.76mm and rounded corners with a 3.18mm radius. It fits comfortably in any standard wallet, cardholder, or badge sleeve.

How long does shipping take?
Once your design has been reviewed and approved, we send it to print. Shipping timelines are as follows: USA orders take 5 to 10 business days for delivery. Please note these are business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.

What is the fulfillment time before my order ships?
Once your order and design are confirmed, our team typically processes, prints, and encodes your card before handing it off to the shipping carrier within 2 business days. Custom cards go through a quality review process. Essential cards ship the fastest since they use a pre-set Blinq design.
What should I do if I have not received my order?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window (10 business days for USA, 20 business days for international), please check your tracking information first. If the tracking shows no updates or the package appears lost, contact our support team at support@blinq.me and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
What is the return policy?
Due to the personalized nature of NFC cards (each card is encoded specifically for your profile), we handle returns on a case by case basis. If your card arrives damaged or defective, contact our support team and we will arrange a replacement. Please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order.
